Immediate Need in Houston Texas for a Pipeline Engineer. A minimum of 5 years experience in engineering and a BS in Engineering or related field is required. Responsibilities include coordinating and controlling technical aspects of the engineering and design team. In addition, planning and scheduling the technical work to meet project goals. You will be responsible for all engineering oversight of all pipeline related work products, for example calculations, design, and specifications. Experience in Onshore Pipeline design in either domestic or international markets is needed. A good candidate will be able to check design compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Design experience of oil and gas pipelines including route selection, river and water body crossings, hydraulic calculations and modeling experience utilizing both transient and steady state modeling techniques, compressor and meter station inter connect design, alignment sheet preparation, and hydro test requirements is needed. A good candidate would be familiar with pipe stress analysis, pipe wall thickness calculations, and specify coating type. A good candidate would be familiar with pipeline bridge design and special construction techniques for pipeline construction. Great Salary and Benefits. Will Hire ASAP. Will Offer Relocation.
