Job descriptionEnsure and control that all the plant and well activities are conducted in compliance with the applicable HSE rules and the safe operational working practices with respect to site instructions and procedures.
Participate to risk assessments and pre-job / kick-off meetings as required.
Collect and review all work permits prior to the daily work permit meeting with the objective to ensure the compliance with the work permit procedure.
Assess interference between activities.
Propose arbitrage between jobs to the RSES-D or the RSES in the case of conflicting activities.
Perform preliminary site visit on work locations as required.
Participate to the daily work permit coordination meeting.
Ensure smooth permit opening session every morning taking into account operational priorities.
Visit working sites to follow-up progress of activities and to track any change in the environment not foreseen during the work permit preparation.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years practical experience in oil and gas industry
Minimum training: DUT/BTS or equivalent or training in oil and gas production operations.
HSE and operation training according to the CR EXP 004.
Good knowledge of English: fluently written and spoken with good technical level.
Other skills: Rigour, autonomy, strong organization, good ability to understand and adaptation to the local customs, easy communication.
