Senior Reservoir Geologist needed for a full-time opportunity with a large exploration and production company in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will have a degree in Geology and minimum of five years experience working as a development or reservoir geologist. The incumbent will integrate all reservoir data in order to build and maintain sound geological models for input to reservoir simulation, work closely with geophysicists and petrophysicists to integrate seismic and petrophysical data into the geological model and must be able to integrate production and engineering data. Requirements include a strong technical background in reservoir characterization, sequence stratigraphic analysis, structural framework analysis and both seismic and production data integration, experience in development well planning and execution including high angle and horizontal wells. Must be a hands on user of 3D static reservoir modeling software (Petrel).
