THE ROLE
A major international oil and gas operating company has requested CCL to provide a Property Manager to work in Angola. Will provide leadership in the development and implementation of housing strategy for the company to provide suitable accommodation to all staff working in Angola. Excellent rate / package available.
THE PERSON
Must have proven experience of development / delivery of a housing strategy for staff with a large corporate company in an overseas location. Experience of working for an engineering company would be advantageous. Role will include financial and budget management of housing strategy and service charges. Securing housing within country that will provide good / safe living standard for staff. Managing leases of properties within the portfolio in Angola. Liaison with management companies. Previous experience of working in Africa.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Ideally degree qualified or equivalent qualifications / experience. Strong leadership / management skills. Strategic thinker. Strong communication skills. Computer literate. Fluent written and spoken English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an advantage.
