Piping Drafter - Steel Mill/Industrial Pipe/Stress 24.47-30 $/hr

Engineering and construction company seeks a skilled Piping Drafter for a short term project in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a contract position lasting 3 - 4 months. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

-> Drafting of industrial piping systems with emphasis on steel mills
-> Work in a team to complete projects

Requirements:

-> At least 8 years of experience, or combined experience and education
-> Experience with piping drafter and/or design
-> Ability to create and read piping drawings and schematics
-> Some understanding of utility piping experience including specialized chemical and other process piping systems and piping for pneumatic conveying
-> Some knowledge of ANSI B31.3, B31.4 and B31.8 standards and ASME Section III, Class 2 or 3 standards
