Established company in Northeastern Texas has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager with field boiler construction experience. This position is located in either Houston or Dallas.
Responsibilities:
-> Ability to produce a budget and work plan for Construction
-> Ability to negotiate contracts with Sub-contractors and equipment suppliers
-> Perform Cost Tracking for project
-> Manage team of people ranging in number from 8-20 people
Requirements:
-> College Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a trade school majoring in Construction Management
-> EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in the mechanical nature of BOTH Fire and Water Tube Boilers
-> Experience working in a large industrial facility such as a refinery, chemical plant, or power plant
-> Field Erected boiler experience in PREFERRED
-> Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a MUST
-> Experience managing a team of up to 20 people
-> Experience running a project from start up to completion
-> Experience in Estimating industrial type construction projects
-> Ability to read P&ID drawings and General Arrangement drawings is required
