Experience: QUALIFICATION /EXPERIENCE�
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering/ Process Engineering/Petroleum Engineering.� Additional higher qualification would be an added advantage.
20 years of hydrocarbon industry experience is required with through and updated knowledge of all aspects of hydrocarbon gas and condensate processing.� Must have worked internationally in different gas processing plants.� Experience of Middle Eastern oil and gas processing industry would be an added advantage.
International experience is needed with at least 10 years with one of the major IOC Companies.
Must have experience in working with other consultants, vendors and engineers in a Project Team environment.
Must have experience and track record in mentoring national employees.
Should have thorough working knowledge of various plants such as gas compression, gas and condensate dehydration, fractionation and stabilization, gas and condensate sweetening, export systems and pipeline transportation - operating parameters, equipment specifications, product and effluent streams quality, operating and capital costs and trouble shooting
Should possess working knowledge of windows and process simulation packages such as Hysis, Pro-II, Pipephase, and other Risk Evaluation softwares.
Basic knowledge of upstream oil and gas field exploration data and forecasts, and ability to interpret reservoir parameters to design well head down stream surface facilities, forecast and maintain production targets.
Ability to conduct hydraulic calculations, process optimization studies, equipment performance evaluation, field data analysis for process trouble shooting, site verifications, propose and carry out modifications based on process engineering calculations and operational judgment.
Must have experience in preparing conceptual studies, preparation of scope of work for Capital Project Proposals, Budget Proposal, Direct AFEs, Service Contract. Handles projects on behalf of Asset during FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and Performance Testing.
Team building, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills are desirable for this position.
Must have knowledge in reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, Control and Safety Systems, Datasheets of static and rotating equipment, piping and piping elements, Standards interpretation and Risk Evaluation techniques such as Hazop, Hazan, FM&EA, SIL, PHSER.
Participates and conducts Feasibility studies, Economic analysis, Safety and Performance audits
Must have proven track record of positively impacting fields production and HSE performance.
��JOB DESCRIPTION:�
Performs duty in accordance with established process engineering standards and safe working methodologies
Reports to Team Leader.� Accountable for advising on process engineering, production strategy development, and achieving Key Performance Indicators of the Asset
Introduces new technologies and processes to achieve higher availability, reliability, safety and integrity
Ability to communicate, correspond and liaise from a position of strength as an Asset representative with various Company Teams/Groups, external consultants, vendors, Contractors and client
Ability as a senior to provide direction, confidence and trust to the engineers and staff working under him to obtain best output from them.
Prepares Management Reports as required.
Represents Asset in meetings, committees and on special tasks
Must have experience in operating and/or specifying process equipment, piping and piping elements and pipelines
Ability to address integrity, material specification and corrosion issues
Provide guidance on layout, and routine
Mentor Kuwaiti staff.��
Provide input into annual production and project planning to achieve Asset objectives
�Participate and contribute in higher-level technical/management committees.
Prepare monthly technical management report
Be a committed Team member by taking initiatives to encourage Team approach and helping other Team Members achieve Team goals.�
Be a leader in efficient time and project management
