Reporting to the Superintendent Performance & Rewards, you will be responsible for the coordination and leadership of the HR Business Support team who provide quality support and transactional services to the Uranium and Olympic Dam customer base.
Think Purpose
We seek a professional, customer-service oriented individual, with the ability to manage stakeholders and customers to facilitate the efficient delivery of a range of generalist and transactional human resource activities.
Major responsibilities include the leadership and development of a small team of HR Business Support professionals dedicated to supporting our clients, where your efforts will ensure that services are delivered within the policy scope and to a level of excellence that exceed KPI and Service Level Agreements.
The provision of internal support, guidance, training and expertise to the team will be key to your role. You will take on operational responsibilities and become the subject matter expert for your team and enjoy operating in a transactional environment, whilst constantly working towards best practice and process improvement. Achieving success will require a diplomatic, integrated approach, coupled with an ability to handle multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.

As a successful candidate you will have proven leadership skills and will be outcome-driven, proactive and committed with a demonstrated collaborative, team-based approach that will enable the HR Business Support team to meet and exceed its goals.
You will demonstrate patience with others and the desire to provide leadership and encourage the professional development of a team. Your will have proven customer relationship management experience in a corporate capacity and be a driving force in continuous development and process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential with HR Systems experience and SAP advantageous.
