Reporting to the Health, Safety & Risk Manager, this role will provide a highly efficient level of support to the HSE team, taking responsibility for the execution of various aspects of system management and coordination across ADP projects.
Core duties and accountabilities will include day to day administration of our database system to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information across various project sites. Coordination of all Health & Safety activities throughout our Perth office along with the preparation of all presentation materials for distribution throughout the organisation is a key responsibility.
To ensure success in this highly varied role, the successful applicant will possess a minimum of 10 years experience within the Mining industry along with outstanding coordination and organisation skills in a similar position or equally have held a solid administrative role. Excellent communication and the ability to interact at all levels is a necessity as this position will liaise with a diverse range of individuals. You will be team focused and have an exceptional level of delivery in all aspects of your administration applications. Exposure to Health & Safety within the resource sector is preferred but not essential for this role, however, the desire and ability to deliver with quality while achieving is vital.
