Working in a team of professionals from our Perth office, this role represents an ideal career development opportunity for a highly experienced Business Analyst.
Think Purpose
You will ensure that financial accounting records for Nickel West are accurate and timely, particularly with respect to the balance sheet, tax, royalties and foreign currency translations. You will assist in the finance function including site support following the direction of the Statutory Reporting Manager. Ensuring compliance with accounting and BHP Billiton policy and responsible for AMFC, Stewardship reviews and other controls is key to this role.
Think Requirements
Essential criteria for consideration will be tertiary qualifications in a Financial discipline with CA/ CPA / ICAA highly advantageous. With a strong financial or accounting background you will have previous experience in a multinational organisation, or chartered accounting firm. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Australian taxation reporting requirements and company reporting/regulator compliance requirements.
