Circa £30k to £50k basic plus bonus / commission
International recruitment consultancy with a well established global Oil & Gas offering is keen to hire managers for a few of their international O&G divisions but key to your application being considered is localised market knowledge as well as Oil & Gas sector experience plus bi-lingual fluency (both written and spoken). MOSCOW needs an ambitious, proactive, hungry O&G manager who has the career potential to grow in to a bigger role. The office isn't a green field site but O & G across Russia and the CIS regions (Commonwealth of Independent States e.g. Russia, Ukraine, Belarus etc ) is relatively new to the business so needs a good manager who can drive the division forward.
This opportunity isn't limited by location and you can ripple out from Russia across Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan etc (in fact all the stans ! ! ) to any region rich in Oil & Gas.
The company's Russian office is strong in many markets so there could be potential to leverage business through its current offering / other divisions through sharing of leads etc but in reality is a sales driven role in which you need to be proactive and able to work with complete focus on delivering your budget. The CIS business as a whole is headed by an energetic and visionary director who you will work closely with but who will give you the autonomy and responsibility as the O&G recruitment expert to make the O&G division a success. You will initially focus on Permanent White collar O&G recruitment but once the Perm business is thriving then phase 2 is to develop Contract recruitment services across the region. Whilst proactively developing your contract clients you'll also oversee the administration processes related to this arena.
PACKAGE: (paid in Russian Rubles) - Circa £30k to £50k basic plus bonus / commission etc.
PERSON SPEC: THE ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Fluent RUSSIAN speaker - ideally a born & bread local with a good command of English.
2. At least 3 to 4 years experience of working within the Russian Recruitment market as a proactive sales focused recruiter / team leader
3. A solid understanding of the Oil & Gas recruitment market (perm or contract background)
4. Able to interpret technical info - when it come to identifying potential candidate / filling vacancies your clients will expect you to understand their business and their requirements.
5. Management / team leadership skills - you must be able to manage, motivate and develop a team as well as be a hands-on biller - no ivory tower managers need apply !
6. Company minded - sharing leads and taking an interest in the success of the business as a whole is part of this company's culture.
7. You must possess many of the common traits found in the business - a hunger to build a business, raw enthusiasm, sincere professionalism, team mindedness etc
