Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of pressure transient analysis experience with a clear understanding of theory as well as practical knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology. A specialization in Well Testing would be an asset.
Good knowledge of completion techniques, production testing and wireline operations is required.
Good knowledge of the F.A.S.T. WellTest™ software program or other well test analysis software is an asset.
Field experience is an asset.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Enthusiastic, energetic, strong team player capable of working in and contributing effectively to the team environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as a team lead in the Well Test department and work closely with the Well Test Manager.
Initiate client meetings to discuss analyses, test designs as well as technical issues.
Review the final reports submitted by other well test team members to ensure that Fekete standards and quality are maintained.
Mentor junior well test analysts.
Analysis of high profile and confidential wells.
