SW Global Resourcing is working with our client who is a world leading oil and gas contractor in the offshore sector. With almost 50 years proven experience and success, our client has an outstanding reputation worldwide
Due to continued growth several vacancies have arisen for experienced Crane Mechanics, who will provide specialist crane support for contracts in the Singapore. These vacancies are only open to Crane Mechanics currently living and working in the Singapore and Asia Pacific region
Crane Mechanics main responsibilities will include:
* Onshore/offshore routine crane maintenance duties
* Implementing major crane overhauls and engineering projects
* Carrying out scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of all offshore cranes/lifting equipment with the objective of maintaining safe operations.
Requirements
* Previous onsite/offshore/crane maintenance experience however consideration will be given to candidates with substantial onshore crane maintenance experience.
* Recognised trade apprenticeship
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Knowledge of lifting and material handling equipment
* Good communication skills
* Ability to read, write and speak English
* Knowledge of lifting and material handling equipment
