Excellent opportunity for an Instrumentation / Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a global petrochemical company plant in Southeast Texas.

Responsibilities:

-> Provides I&E maintenance engineering expertise in multiple chemical production units
-> Leads and supervises assigned instrument and electrical technician teams
-> Assures effective and efficient utilization of maintenance manpower and equipment
-> Assists in administering maintenance processes and budgets, including planning, tracking and costing of in-house chemical plant maintenance needs
-> Executes small projects

Requirements:

-> BSEE (or BSChE or BSME)
-> 8-15 years hands-on in-house (not contract) petrochemical plant I&E maintenance experience
-> Must have good predictive/preventative maintenance experience. Knowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP
-> Understand maintenance work processes such as TPI, RCFA and MPI
-> Experience with configuration and proper maintenance of distributed control systems (preferably Foxboro, and SIS such as HIMA or Triconex)
-> Electrical/Power Experience a Must.. In-house experience in planning, costing and tracking maintenance needs
-> PE license a plus

• Describe your hands-on, in-house I&E Engineering maintenance experience with a petrochemical company (include years, type of plant and products and company names).

• List your BSEE (or BSChE or BSME) degree, professional certifications and memberships, and associated industry training and other certifications.

• Describe your predictive-preventive maintenance experience and use of SAP or equivalent maintenance management systems.

• Describe your experience with configuring and troubleshooting distributed control systems (preferably Foxboro, and SIS such as HIMA or Triconex).

• Where do you currently live and why are you interested in this position located in Southeast Texas? And what is your current or most recent annual salary for this equivalent position?
