THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by an international oil & gas operating company to provide a Materials Coordinator to be based in a historic Northern Italian city. 6/2 weeks rotation. 12 months (renewable) contract. May be required to work at other company facilities as required. Very competitive rate. Excellent terms and conditions. Flights, accommodation and local transportation are provided by the Client or reimbursed by CCL. This is a long term assignment with good prospects of transfer to site at later stage.
THE PERSON
At least 10 years experience in the Materials Control and Coordination of materials and equipment for overseas oilfield related engineering, procurement and construction contracts. The successful candidate will report to the Client's Resident Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Candidates must be well qualified. Multicultural awareness and previous experience of working on similar contracts in support of desert oilfield and infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Proven interpersonal and organisational skills. Team player. Positive interaction with contractors, operational and project departments / personnel. Fluent in English; fluency in Italian highly desirable. Must be EU citizens or otherwise eligible to work in Italy.
