J.Ray McDermott is now accepting resumes for Offshore Installation Managers.
The Offshore Installation Manager is ultimately responsible for allocation of resources on the project and ensures the schedule as set forth in the contract is maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for the technical, commercial and operational aspects of the project from project initiation to completion
• Directly engage with the Vessel Master/Captain in the event of an emergency to provide operational leadership, liaison with management, and personnel resources as directed to efficiently and safely affect the emergency
• Ensure that all McDermott & Client HSE policies are implemented and maintained, and all personnel have full understanding of those policies
• Maintain required documentation and its required level of document control
Job Requirements:
• 10+ years offshore field related experience in Subsea installation, repair and maintenance
• Demonstrated experience managing and directing key personnel accomplishing critical levels of work
• Demonstrated health & safety record
• Excellent people skills, ability to effectively liaison with contractors, clients and management
• Must have good writing and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Have excellent work ethic and maintain a good work attitude
