Computerised Maintenance Management System Specialist required for operator, working in their offices in the London area. This is a staff position. Role may also involve some international travel.

Responsibility for being the Operations Technical Authority and will develop and own the company Work Management System standards, guidelines and procedures in addition to providing direction and governance to all Assets as required. In addition the post holder will be the focal point for WMS functional development and resources, both internal and external. The main subject matter will cover Planned Maintenance, Inventory Management, Flight Management and Manifesting, interfaces to Document Management System and Integrated Planning Tools.

The post holder will provide, develop and co-ordinate all technical and functional problem solving for all company operated assets with guidance to non company operated Assets. This will require close coordination with the IT function, who will carry the responsibility for the technical delivery of the system to support the standards.

Requirements:

- Degree/HND/HNC or equivilant in Business Information Systems, maintenance management or another relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Maximo required.
- WMS and CMMS internal and external interfaces
- Project management and planning techniques
- On and Offshore certification drivers
- Expertise in developing work flow and functional use cases
- Expert knowledge of Relational databases
- Offshore operations and maintenance activities and drivers
