THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading oil & gas energy company to provide a Well Operations Performance Engineer reporting to the Head of Well Operations Engineering. One year renewable contract working 28/28 rotation. Trips to sites, offshore and other company facilities when required. Excellent daily rates.
THE PERSON
Minimum 8 years experience in drilling / well testing / completion and geology. Primary role is to generate a performance ethos and learning culture in Department (Offshore / Onshore), prepare and conduct Drill Well On Paper / Pre Spud meetings. Experience of geology, drilling and testing.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Degree in technical/ engineering discipline. Well developed communication and man management skills with a good leadership awareness. Good user and knowledge of computer programmes and systems. Ability to coach and develop national staff.. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent written and spoken English.
