THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading oil & gas energy company to provide Offshore Senior Piping Engineers. Job may require occasional travel to other locations. Offshore-based contract, duration 1 year (renewable). 28/28 rotation. Excellent rates.
THE PERSON
10 years of offshore oil& gas experience in engineering activities with minimum 5 years in a supervisory role. Experience of working in multidiscipline project and managing contractors (an advantage). Former CIS experience, working & mentoring multinational workforce. Provide piping construction supervision expertise during construction and installation works. Monitoring progress and performance of construction contractor during the execution of work. Ensuring procedures and schedules are adhered to. Resolving and responding to technical queries from bidders. Reviewing technical contract documents & engineering reviews. Responding to queries from designated packages.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (equivalent experience will be considered), Knowledge and relevant experience in High Pressure Systems and Sour Service and full awareness of 3 D CAD. Ability to manage a construction contractor and provide guidance. Adaptability and problem solving capacity. HSE awareness. Fluent written and spoken English.
