THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a leading Oil & Gas Energy company to provide Russian Speaking Workover Rig Supervisors. Based in Tripoli, Libya, on 1 year (renewable) contract. 4/4 or 5/5 BtB rotation. Will be required to travel as required. T&Cs negotiable. Excellent internationally competitive daily rate.
THE PERSON
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years previous experience as a Workover Rig Supervisor. Able to coordinate and supervise well servicing activity for a reservoir management team, able to plan, schedule, organize and supervise well servicing equipment, supplies and personnel, thorough understanding of well servicing, workover, and completion safety policies and of general rig safety, able to perform root cause failure analysis, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including the ability to coordinate problem solving, root cause failure analysis, integrated Solutions Team activities, and installation recommendations, knowledgeable of best practices in well pulling, well repair, and stimulation and knowledgeable in different chemicals and their applications.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Ideal candidates will have a degree in relevant subject or other qualifications / experience. IWCF combined well control, UKOOA Medical, Fire Fighting and Survival Certification. Excellent communication and presentation skills including fluent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic a plus. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-cultural environment and demonstrate effective organisational skills. Must be fluent in Russian.
