THE ROLE
CCL has been requested by a multinational group of companies providing specialist services to the oil and gas industries to recruit PDMS Support to be based in Houston. The Group is an equal opportunity employer and offers excellent benefits. Salary commensurate with education and experience. This vacancy is being handled by our Houston office.
THE PERSON
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a PDMS support role. Experience with all PDMS modules. PML experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following: Support multi-disciplines in the use of PDMS on a project, from initial setup through the production of all deliverables and project commissioning as wells as create Cats and Spec. Assist with development of macros / tools to assist in production.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Technical College Diploma. Fluent in the use of: PDMS; AutoCAD, MS Office; PDMS Modules. Ability to support Draft is desirable. Ability to troubleshoot PDMS problems with minimal supervision. Ability to write programs / develop tools to improve user efficiency. Must be proactive and have the ability to communicate effectively with Designers and Engineers in order to understand their needs and expectations. Ability to train and support Designers and Engineers in the use of developed tools. Fluent written and spoken English. Must be eligible to reside and work in the USA.
