Performs detailed equipment design for the client’s products for proposals and projects. Manages jobs from order point to shipment. Develops proposals for all products plus assists other locations with engineering design. Performs detailed equipment design of the client’s products for the company's proposals and projects.
Coordinate proposal preparation with all stakeholders; customer, business development, estimating, supply chain, process engineering, mechanical / structural engineering, scheduling and manufacturing.
Manage the company's jobs/projects from order point to shipment.
May make trips and make recommendations to modify process equipment independently without assistance.
Develops proposals for all of the client’s products.
Assists other locations with engineering design.
Actively supports, participates in and maintains the integrity and on-going function of the Company and facility's safety program; ensuring a safe/healthy work environment.

Performs a variety of functions necessary for the successful operation/facility, as assigned by the management of the Company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Previous oil and gas production equipment design experience helpful.
General knowledge of all types of process equipment and controls manufactured by client and others, to assist customer with sizing and applications.
Specific knowledge of design criteria and industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API etc.) for gas processing, gas treating (dehydration and sweetening), crude oil treating, multiphase separation, filtration, heating and piping.
Ability to use personal computer. Capable of utilizing various engineering design programs.
Ability to read and comprehend comprehensive blueprints/drawings and bills of material.
Requires a thorough knowledge of technical aspects of oil and gas products and processes.
Capable of performing the following essential physical demands:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds from floor to waist
Must be able to perform single-handed carry up to 15 pounds
Must be able to perform two-handed carry up to 50 pounds
Must be able to operate motor vehicles (Current valid license)
Must be able to walk on various terrain
Depth perception
Color vision/perception
Hearing of sounds and speech within normal frequency/range
Must be able to communicate in written and oral form
Must be able to travel
COMPLEXITY OF TASKS:
Regular on-site contact with customers and/or Company personnel.
Requires communication skills, oral and written, in order to effectively utilize contract personnel to perform specialized engineering calculations.
Requires a high degree of technical knowledge and competence in order to design and manufacture high technology and quality oil and gas product lines.
Management skills requiring time management of all Company resources (i.e. capital equipment, materials, employees) in order to create, produce and deliver quality oil and gas products.
Ability to follow directions working from verbal instructions, working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work from drawings and customer specifications.
Ability to comply with the facility's production, quality and safety standards.
Must possess a high degree of initiative, with the ability to be promptly and regularly at work.
Ability to work fluctuating work schedules and extensive work hours required by job/shop work loads.
Capable of performing a variety of manual assignments/tasks as defined by the critical demands of the job.
