Position Description: The incumbent will operate across the technology management function, initially supporting ongoing activities and acting as a coordinator of internal technical team to ensure consistency with strategic directions leading to increasing emphasis on managing personal projects as a team leader in the area of intelligence gathering and collaboration development with outside research and industrial entities for a given portfolio of interest areas. Duties include develop and implement of methods, programs and systems related to inspection of plant and equipment including Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and plant integrity assessments, Risk & Reliability Management (RRM); develop and implement integrated plant integrity management systems and reliability programs and such as Risk & Reliability Management (RRM); process plants inspection activities including major turnarounds and shutdowns; develop and implement quality assurance programs & tools such as 6-Sigma

Minimum Requirement: Education: BS in Engineering and MS or PhD in Engineering; Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or registration; API certifications such as API 510, 570 & 653. Membership in professional societies or organizations such as ASME, ASNT, ASCE, NACE, etc. Experience: 15 years of professional experience as an engineer in charge of technical work in his field of specialty. Must have published several papers in technical journals.

Comments: Inspection Department (ID) is charged with the corporate responsibility for Inspection of materials and equipments purchased, and equipments and facilities constructed for Saudi Aramco. The incumbent will be assigned to ID's Operations Inspection Division (OID), which ensures the integrity and effectiveness of operating plants and facilities through continuous monitoring and consultations.
