Terms: Contract terms of employment.
Work rotation: 49/21 days
Our Client is a major and well established company based in Tripoli, with existing field operations and new field developments. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 10 of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in an oil & gas or petrochemicals environment and meet the criteria shown below.
Principal activities:
Conceptual design of new oil & gas fields, through Front-end engineering and Detailed engineering.
Preparation of data sheets, P&ID’ drawing; and implementation of Design Change, Requests from Operations
Technical & HZOP reviews
Must have:
Skills of carrying out mass & energy balances
Experience of interpretation and preparation of PFD, P&IS’, Plot Plans, Layouts’ Piping arrangements, Isometrics
Extensive experience of plant troubleshooting, de-bottling necking, support to operations
Experience in HAZOP & HAZARDS studies
Good understanding:
Of flare systems, radiation calculation, PSV sizing, etc
Working knowledge:
Of HYSIS software and PIPESYS extension
Good knowledge:
Gas Oil Separation Plants
Crude transportation I long pipeline, hydraulics, simulations, capacity prediction
Instrumentation control, ESD, PSD, DCS, etc
Produced water treatment plants and water injection systems
Comprehensive understanding:
Fiscal Metering and meter proving
International codes, and standards such as API, ASME ASTM, BS, ANSI, etc
Awareness of:
HSE safety standards while working in live plant
