Our client, a global recognised engineering management consultancy, is looking to recruit an experienced oil and gas project delivery professional to join the business in a Director level role.
Already well established in Western Australia, our client already has strong relationships and ongoing business with many of the major operators in the region and has identified the need to bring on board a Director who is able to add value to the business in both corporate strategy and project management.
Already at Project Director or Manager level within a recognised oil and gas EPCM, consultancy or operator, you will be a degree qualified engineer with a strong reputation within the oil and gas industry. A demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of greenfield projects, together with previous exposure to a consulting environment would be highly regarded, as would evidence of professional studies in business management.
Our client is looking for an adaptable manager that has the ability to lead a team of consultants engaged on a variety of projects but can also, when required, step into a lead role themselves on a major project.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has exceptional project management ability at senior level, with the ability to control all aspects major conceptual, design and construction projects including cost control, planning and execution. In addition, strong capabilities in the wider commerical environment, including business strategy and growth, business development and key account management is essential.
