The cost management division covers an array of clients providing all solutions to their clients. If you want to work on a variety of projects within a cost management team then this will be the role for you.

Your responsibility will include:

* Cost plans through all stages of development
* Be able to show particular cost knowledge within your area of speciality
* Assisting with tenders
* Local pricing knowledge
* Business and succession planning
* Principle knowledge of cost planning and the ability to transfer this to internal database
* Provide advice to other departments on costing

To be considered for these roles you must demonstrate the following in your resume:

* 5 years working experience as a Cost Manager in one of the following areas: Water, Rail, Oil and Gas or Commercial
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be a member of working toward the AIQS or RICS
* Previous experience working for a Tier 1 PQS company will be an advantage but not essential, this is an excellent opportunity for people who are working in a 2nd tier firm to show their strengths in cost management
