POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Representing the Organization on all quality matters with customers, third party certifying agencies, subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing the Organization’s Quality Group and controlling its operating budget
- Resourcing the Quality Group with competent personnel and the process of staff performance appraisals
- Establishing and maintaining the Organization’s quality management system in accordance with Company policies and guidelines
- Establishing and maintaining the Group’s business processes and procedures
- Auditing of the Organization’s quality management system and reporting status
- Evaluating the ability of subcontractors and suppliers to meet assigned quality requirements
- Planning the quality surveillance requirements at subcontractors and suppliers
- Providing competent personnel for quality surveillance activities
- Establishing subcontractors’ and suppliers’ compliance with assigned quality requirements
- Auditing and quality surveillance at subcontractors’ and suppliers’ sites
- Reporting on the status of subcontractors’ and suppliers’ quality performance
- Investigating and resolving quality problems with subcontractors and suppliers
- Providing the records of project/product compliance with quality requirements.
- - Reporting to Organization management on a regular basis

ISO 9001 certification
Job Requirements:
- BS Degree in Metallurgical Eng, Mechanical Eng or Total Quality Management
- 10+ years related experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
% of Travel Required: 20-30%
