As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a:

Store/Spare Parts Coordinator (Contract)
(Singapore - Tuas)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for material handling, safe keeping and tracking of all equipment designated for the vessels.

Main Responsibilities:
- To prepare and maintain tracking record of all stores/spares item for the project
- To prepare and maintain up to date documentation of all receivables from vendor / supplier / sub-contractor / yard
- Ensure acknowledgement of all items received.
- Proper checking of all items to ensure good working order upon receiving
- To maintain documentation of all certification/data reports of stores/spares
- To maintain documentation of all delivery orders
- To handle and arrange proper storage for all items
- Responsible for preservation of equipments if required
- To maintain proper preservation records if required
- To monitor and constant update equipment delivery dates
- To review on technical drawings and documents and ensure proper receipt of items
- To liaise with procurement and logistics on equipment status
- To liaise with respective Project team Engineers for technical queries on items
- To prepare weekly & monthly updates on equipment status

Requirements:
- Min 'O' level / Diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior experience in material handling in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Basic knowledge of Logistics and engineering components
- Oil Tanker / FSO experience and fork lift truck operators license will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be well organized and safety conscious
- Able to handle pressure and to work under minimum supervision
