Requirements:

Our Client

Our client is a fast growing EPC contractor engaged in Offshore and Offshore construction projects for clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities and Marine Infrastructure. Their portfolio of past offshore projects include assembly and fabrication of mobile production units, process modules for FPSOs, wellhead platforms, offshore structures and related process equipment and fabrication.

The Position

The Position is Business Development Manager for Offshore Projects and will be based in the United Arab Emirates. This is a key leadership role focussed in business generation and commercial management.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop new leads for Offshore and Onshore contracting unit and extensions of current business
• Build rapport and maintain relationship with senior levels in the offshore sector, regular contact with the community and consistent follow up on initiatives and opportunities
• Assist in bid process and work with the commercial team to ensure successful project bids
• Dynamic professional with business development experience in the offshore sector
• Strong commercial, negotiation and people management skills, with proven track record in motivating and leading a team
• Professionally qualified with a relevant degree
