We are currently operating in Asia Pacific, United Kingdom, Middle East, Australia and the United States of America. In line with our esxpansion to be a global specialist service provider, we are currently hiring candidates for the following position to be based out of HQ office in Selangor, Malaysia:

Corporate Planning (Finance/Business Development)

Corporate Planning & Business Development Manager
(Selangor)

Responsibilities:
* Perform viability analysis and study for all new projects/investment opportunities to ensure their consistency with the company’s strategies and desired financial impacts and monitor to ensure approved projects deliverables are met
* Work with Senior Management to develop strategies for the company based on industry best practices, opportunities available in line with its goals and strengths and draw strategic plans for accomplishing them.
* Develop, maintain, and own strategic models to assess projects, identify challenges and evaluate and propose alternative solutions
* Analyze oil and gas industry/economic database for the purpose of forecasting industry trends and outlook
* Reports to Corporate Planning Head in the Charman's Office

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): finance and investment analysis, financial modeling, excellent interpersonal, accounting.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Corporate Planning, Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
* At least 9-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Candidates must have had experience developing financial models and analysis and evaluations for projects that are > 500M)
* Well-versed with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Financial Reporting Standards
* Good commercial exposure with excellent business acumen with ability to understand the organization’s commercial goals and able to provide recommendations to achieve them
* Experience in areas of advising and implementing corporate exercises such as Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Restructurings or Equity Research would be an added advantage.
* Candidates with multi-national corporate planning and financial experience or from the oil and gas industry is a plus
* Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
* A team player and highly motivated with positive work ethics and attitude
* Full-Time positions available.
