$200K+Equity+35% Bonus
Outstanding career opportunity for the experienced oil and gas operating company Production Manager to join this well-established and well-funded, growing energy independent. Must have the accomplished Production Manager who is a proven hands-on production manager with strong experience in every aspect of field operations, has a solid focus on controlling costs, and very comfortable leading/mentoring/directing personnel from in-house staff engineers to field personnel. Company is an onshore operator with focus in ArkLaTex, Permian, and Mid-Continent areas.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
*degree in engineering
*15 - 20 years in production engineering with a strong track of ever increasing responsibilities culminating in a leadership role
*solid experience in either ArkLaTex, Permian, or Mid-Continent geographic areas
*a hands-on manager with exceptional ability to lead by example, control costs, and inspire employees
*possess excellent communication skills
