Overall management of proposal coordinator (both internal & external) between the client, estimating groups and the various JRM departments, in conjunction with proposal preparation in order to submit an accurate, responsive, and timely tender, consistent with Sr. Management's requirements.
Job Requirements:
* BS in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
* 5 years marine construction experience preferred
* High functioning level in communication skills/teamwork ability
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
