Newfield is a mid-sized US independent oil & gas company with operations in the USA, China and Malaysia. The malaysian office was opened in 2004 and is expanding fast. the Company currently holds an interest in four production sharing contracts and will bring three oil fields into production in the next six (6) months. All employees at Newfield are stockholders in the Company. Newfield offers a very attractive overall compensation package and a challenging work enviroment. Accounts Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
* Minimum Degree or Diploma in Accounting
* 1 year experience in accounting, preferably in the oil & gas industry
* Familiar with Accounts Payable and Payment
* Knowledge of Oracle financial software will be an davantage

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

Successful candidates will be multitasking, self-managed individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an enthusiastic can do attitude.
