Assistant Facility Engineer
(Singapore - International Business Park)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily safety checks in the plant to ensure safe operations and compliance
* Assist in overseeing safety compliance hook-up and A&A works
* Assist in maintaining all bulk and process gas distribution systems in clean room
* Troubleshooting and response to operational issues
* Implement risk assessment and safety inspections
* Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive action
* Provide assistance in projects and maintenance programmes for the various facilities including ACMV, process vacuum, DI Water, compressed air, process cooling, FMS, electrical power, scrubbers, pH-neutralisation plans and other support system
* Knowledge of maintenance and operations of laboratories set up
* Obtain quotations and liaise with contractors and vendors
Requirements:
* Degree /Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or Building Services
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries
* Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GCP regulatory requirements essential
* Familiar with ISO 13485 quality management system & HSA regulatory requirements will be an advantage
* Familiar with the local codes from BCA, URA, FSB, NEA and other statutory requirements
* Results and service oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
* Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
* Must be capable of working as part of a team as well as able to work independently with minimal supervision
