SHE Officer cum Quality Management Representative (QMR)
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* To assist Senior Officer in adherence of Safety & Health policy and responsible in planning, implementing, enforcing & reviewing the EHS system, procedure/programs in all bases.
* Responsible as the Custodian of the Quality Management System & as the Quality Management representative in implementing, controlling & monitoring the Quality Management System.
* Function as the coordinator & advisor in the area for further improvement of the standard.
* Act as the communication focal point between the company & the certification body on the company ISO procedures & on the standard requirements.
* To work closely with Senior Officer in creating awareness to all staff in regards to environment, health & safety workplace.
* To take control & quick action in the event of emergency e.g. fire, accident, flood etc.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): self-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skill, ability to work independently with high degree of commitment.
* Flexible and willing to work long hours in meeting deadlines.
* Willing to travel between kuala Lumpur, Kemaman, Miri, Brunei & Singapore.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
