HR Executive cum Project Deployment Support
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)
Responsibilities:
* Key support in coordinating and tracking field technical employees movements, preparation of required documentations for project mobilization and demobilization i.e. assist project manager on administrative matters such as project correspondence, updating CV, arrangment of visa, passport, certifications, work permits, traveling and accommodation
* To ensure timesheets and worksheets for field technical employees received from Project Controller are approved by Clients before data entry into payroll system for monthly payroll processes
* To assess training requirements and develop yearly training plan/ calendar and establish career progression plan for employees.
* Liaise with trainer internal and external on training schedule and programs required.
* Monitor and ensure training calendar is followed through.
* Plan and monitor technical staff trainings and examinations requirements, covers new staff, refresher and renewal courses for existing staff are done timely to avoid delay in project mobilization.
* Liaise with trainer on progression of fresh graduates under Technical Trainee Program.
* To monitor all training attended by staff, update staff training records and to compile feedback.
* Liaise with Project Manager and HR dept for all types of briefings for field technical employees including project kick-off meeting and other HR matters.
* Monitor and implement training bonding agreements
* Monitor and control employee attendance, annual leave, medical leave, offshore leave, produce control reports and take disciplinary actions.
* Handle staff disciplinary issues and IR matters including conducting domestic enquiry.
* Monitor and verify staff claims.
* Handle staff resignation, separation and conduct exit check list/interview.
* Responsible to update and upkeep employee files & database.
* Assist in other HR functions such as recruitment, policy/ procedure, performance management, etc.
Requirements:
* Age between 25 to 30 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Strong personality and able to communicate with all levels.
* Min. 3 years working experience in Human Resources in Oil & Gas industry
* Knowledge on processing work permit applications for foreign employees is added advantage
* Has the ability to give instruction, checking and monitoring and make reports
* Good initiatives, ability to meet deadlines & multi tasking.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya and posses own transport.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
