CMMS Administrator Planner
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
* Liaises with other system and maintenance engineers to evaluate the requirement for maintenance management system enhancement, and develops the system basic data for system integration requirement.
* Updates Maintenance & Inspection data related to equipment/location hierarchy, PM Hierarchies, Job Plans in adherence to COMPANY Maintenance Policy, in order to improve Maintenance & Inspection planning, reporting, analysis, and hence decision-making.
* Liase with maintenance engineers in order to evaluate the requirements for maintenance management system enhancement.
* Provides strategic advice and recommendations on ways of further improving Maintenance & Inspection Business Processes and Workflows in order to increase their efficiency and minimize unnecessary complications.
* Conducts training sessions to employees with FPSO to ensure CMMS functionalities are understood by them.
* Updates and enhances CMMS Training Manuals to better reflect end users needs according to the feedback received.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Chemical, Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical,Petroleum/Oil/Gas).
* 10 years in maintenance planning in the Oil & Gas industry with background of modern maintenance systems (CMMS).
* Required skills are MAXIMO, BASS, En Garde, Immpower and SAP.
* Experienced in conducting Training Sessions.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
* Effective leadership qualities with strong organizational abilities.
