Our client is an established, forward thinking engineering company that service the water, offshore and mining and metals companies throughout Australia.  They have gone through a period of controlled growth over the last few years and now require a number of Process Engineers at different levels that can hit the ground running.
 
You will ideally be degree qualified in engineering mechanical, materials or metallurgy degree.  You will have between 5 and 25 years process engineering experience within Heavy Engineering, Mining & Metals, Water, Offshore industry.  CAD exposure in both 2d and 3d is preferred as well as excellent technical writing ability / MS Office skills.  Strong Quality Engineering exposure is required while those with a Lean qualification will be favoured.      
 
This role will encompass work on various projects and studies within the minerals processing industry, as well as offshore and water.  A firm understanding and proven working project experience within a design to manufacture industry is required.   

As part of a close knit Process Engineering team, you will be responsible for


·         Assisting the direction of Process Engineering function on projects
·         Provide support within Design departments, Quality & Manufacturing departments
·         Manage the Process from deign to development to final project completion
·         Implement Continuous Improvement
·         Help develop new company processes with QA
·         Report Writing
·         Presentations to board and clients
·         High Mechanical Aptitude
