Our client is a well established EPCM with big plans for QLD. To support these plans they are now looking for a Regional Construction Manager who can not only manage their current portfolio of projects, but identify new opportunities moving forward.

This role is part of the senior management team and therefore no day will be the same, you will be spinning 15 plates at one time. Ultimately this is going to suit an individual who has aspirations to not only be a Construction Manager but a Business Development manager also.

As the Regional Construction Manager some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships and bringing on new ones to grow the construction arm of the business
  • Overseeing the construction team on new build / refurbishment projects across multiple sites in Queensland
  • Working with clients in regards to improving their maintenance and asset reliability systems

To be considered for the role of Regional Construction Manager you will require:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Ten years related experience in construction management of large resources projects.
  • Registered as a Manger under the Mines Regulation Act or eligible for registration.
  • Commercial qualifications/experience desirable.
  • Management and leadership experiences, including direct line supervision.
  • Experience in working in QA environment.
  • Understanding of Safety, Employee Relations and general management concepts.
