  • One of the world's largest gold producers
  • 16 assets on five continents
  • 5 operations in Australia – 3 in WA
  • Recently transitioned to owner-operator
  • New project – shaft sink to 1300m
  • Be key member of team for the design, construction and commissioning
  • Capacity to hoist up to 2.5Mtpa
  • LOM now pushed to 2020

Your role:
  • Role is a mix of production and drill and blast
  • Report into the Senior Mining Engineer – work closely alongside to upskill
  • Prep and design of stope shapes and D&B plans
  • Deliver the mine production schedule
  • Focus on optimal recovery of resource
  • Liaise with short and medium term planners
  • Vulcan, Mine 2-4D and MineCAD.

Salary Range: $155,000 - $140,000 + production bonuses

To be considered you must hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining with at least 2 years Australian experience in Underground Mining.
