A well known Sydney sub-contractor, that has been in the industry for over 50 years, is going through yet another period of expansion.

With over 180 staff members already they are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Contract Administrators to join their team. As a CA, your time will be shared between the office and on site. For larger projects you may even be site based for the duration and the projects undertaken vary in scope from $0.5m to $30m.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: contract progress claims; contract variations; documentation control; analyzing quotations to ensure theyre within budget, invoicing and reporting.

If you have at least 3 years experience in a similar role within the building industry, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. With the annual turnover in excess of $100m, the opportunities for growth and career progression are endless.

In return you will receive market rate remuneration, a guide would be between $70k-$90k and you will also be eligible for the company bonus scheme.
