Our client who speacialises in design and construction of commercial projects, mainly high-end clubs and rsl, is seeking a Contracts Administrator, to become a key player within their progressive team.

With the majority of their business being repeat and referral, as well as new business, a further CA is now needed due to growth. You will be teamed up with a Project Manager.

You will be experienced in tender packages, variations, subcontractor payments, developing scopes of works, etc.

In return yearly bounes paid dependant upon company and personal tagets being met, as well as a competitive remuneration package is on offer which is dependent on experience, but a guide would be $75-$85k.

This company does promote from within so if you have aspirations to move into Project Management, a career path is there for the taking.
