With continued growth in South East Queensland, this highly successful medium tier construction company has developed an exceptional portfolio of projects. Focusing primarily on commercial and industrial projects, they continue to secure contracts due to their commitment to delivering superb client service and a consistently providing a superior level of workmanship. Due to internal movement, they are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to complement their well-established team.

In this role you will be involved with projects ranging from $1.5m to $5m. You will be an integral part of the team and be responsible for the project from inception through to completion. The projects undertaken by the team are tilt panel industrial projects, small shopping centres, and education facilities just to name a few.

In this role you will be in charge of:
* Assisting and preparing construction budget
* Providing scope of works for trades and suppliers
* Making and packaging up tender packages
* Summarizing contract letting for authorisation
* Preparing contract documents
* Tracking costs of project once started
* Managing variations and Scope discrepancies
* Managing documentation
* Liaising with consultants

This is an opportunity for a Contract Administrator with a minimum of three to four years experience to support the Project Manager on various projects. Candidates with extensive experience will also be looked at favourably and remunerated accordingly.
