One of Australias most prominent builder / developers who have an impressive amount of projects soon to begin construction has an immediate need for an experienced and ambitious Contracts Administrator. This vacancy exists on one of their major projects which is moving along at a steady tempo and your involvement will last until completion in early 08.
After a remarkable start to 2007 they have put in place a long-term plan to continue to construct larger projects while expanding their operations to include their own developments starting with a commercial project upwards of $50M.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will enjoy unlimited restrictions on your rate of progression up the chain and your main brief will be to manage larger contracts in an efficient and professional manner in order to complete this job on time and under budget.
Your background will consist of degree qualifications and impressive industry experience with a large contractor. Exposure to larger projects is a definite advantage while presentation and personality are of the utmost importance as your future position within the senior structure will be very much client-facing.
