This company is one of the busiest and well-regarded construction organisations in Queensland. Boasting over $500M in active construction projects in Brisbane alone, they have clearly set the benchmark for commercial builders in the region.

Having successfully tendered on an additional projects to begin consistently during the next 18 months, the need has arisen to appoint experienced construction professionals to continue their growth and dominance in Brisbane.

In particular, we are looking for Contract Administrators who have a solid employment history with reputable commercial head contractors. With some companies enduring a decline in commercial jobs, this is an ideal time to move to a company where your skills will be utilised on projects that you will want to work on!

The project that we are recruiting for immediately is a $30M mixed commercial and retail development in Brisbanes centre. In this role, you will be responsible for a significant portion of the contracts, reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager. You will have specific experience in letting trade packages, negotiation with subcontractors regarding the completion of work orders and assessing variations, progress payments and programming.

Successful applicants will have a proven record with one of Queenslands reputable contractors and will have a genuine reason for wanting to move on.
