An immediate opportunity exists within their striving commercial construction department for an experienced Contract Administrator. Closely linked with an in-house development team, the construction division has been given the green light to develop a flagship, inner city residential and retail precinct overlooking the Brisbane River. With this project due to begin in the near future, current projects include two landmark mixed commercial/residential developments in the heart of Brisbane.

Working alongside an experienced Project Management and Administration team, this is an excellent opportunity for you find your feet in the construction division on one of these upmarket developments before working on the much-anticipated community centre in 2008.

As an experienced Contract Administrator, you should be degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, with more than 5 years experience in the commercial or high-density residential construction fields.

An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
