CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
* To assist in the management of the CSG Data Base and documents
* To prepare weekly reports and other reports as required
* To assist in generating revenue according to individual targets and the total revenue target set by the management
* To assist in developing the priority target markets identified
* To assist in expanding into new market sectors; geographically and industry wise, as identified
* To implement client representation strategies to build client rapport and increase the company’s client and market base
* To identify client project requirements and pursue the business opportunity it presents
* To assist in the preparation of proposals for submission in response to clients RFP’s
* To assist in implementing activities to cultivate long-term business relationships with in-house clients
* To identify in the implementation of activities to gather and understand in-house client perception of the company and its service performance
* To assist in the implementation of activities to regularly gather and update the company’s stock knowledge on in-house clients
* To assist in the implementation of activities for information research and processing on markets, clients, competition, trends and other areas beneficial to the company
* To assist in the implementation of activities to determine the market perception on the company
* To identify in the implementation of activities to manage CSG related or non-related events of the company and participation in official external affairs

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Preferably minimum of 7 years in construction experience.
* With good command of written and spoken English
* Must be able to work with minimum supervision
* Must have the leadership quality
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
