Financial Accountant (Special work - Merger & Acquisition) 6-month Contract
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Lead in due diligence exercise
* Take part in the negotiation of valuation
* Work with lawyers and related parties to finalise the sale and purchase agreement
* Co-ordinate with the various parties on reports, handover documents,etc for completion of the sale transaction

Requirements:
* Degree in Finance/Accounting
* 3-4 years of relevant experience in Merger & Acquisition
* Experience in Big 4 will be an advantage
* Must be able to work independently
