Hwa Seng Builder Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore on 22 January 1992 as a contractor specialized and largely involved in civil engineering works in both private and public sectors. We started as a small company with only a handful of employees. Over the years, we have grown considerably and are currently eligible to tender for most government contracts of value up to $30 million. As a testimony to our quality, we are certified to SS ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 standard.

Hwa Seng has undertaken over multi-million worth of contracts over the past 14 years. The company has completed numerous of government projects for clients including, but not limited to, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), Housing & Development Board (HDB), Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), Land Transport Authority (LTA) and Public Utilities Board (PUB). We have also rendered our civil engineering expertise to numerous private developers on their infrastructure developments.

We are currently inviting suitable candidates for the following position:

Admin Assistant / General Clerk
(Singapore - Jurong Tuas)

Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties
* Invoicing
* Delivery Orders & Purchase Orders
* Answering phone calls

Requirements:
* Female working environment
* Should be bilingual in Chinese dialects, Mandarin and English
* Education level: ITE COS / GCE ‘O’ / 'N' Level or equivalent
* Fresh graduate from ITE COS are most welcomed
* Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
* Singaporeans / PRs / Malaysians are welcome to apply - Company will apply for Work Permit for the successful candidate (Malaysian)
* 5.5 days week (9am - 6pm) / Alt Sat (9am - 1pm)
* Office located in Jurong Tuas; those staying in Marsiling, Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang and Jurong area are most welcome to apply
* Transport provided at designated pick up point
* Salary: $1,100.00 Neg
