Executive Secretary
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Provide full secretarial support to C- level, VP & GM.
* Deals with correspondence, letters writing, minutes preparation and ensure proper dissemination thereof.
* Process expenses claims, receive and place local and international phone calls.
* Manages and coordinates all domestic and international travel, hotel, and visa arrangement with service providers.
* Maintenance and management of effective filling system.
* Manages and coordinates office administration.
* Monitor and updates on project status.
* Other adhoc duties.
Requirements:
* Minimum a tertiary education or Professional Secretarial Certification with 8 to 10 years of secretarial experience who reporting to Senior Managers for Executive Secretary and 5 years of relevant experience will be considered as Secretary Position.
* Good communications skills, excellent command in English, good planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
* Good telephone and customer etiquette.
* A strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
* Able to work in a fast pace environment and within tight deadline
* Must willing to take up contract assignment and based in West (Tuas Office) of Singapore.
* Those that can start immediately will be an add advantage.
* Experience in Oil and Gas EPCM construction experience a must
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
